Shipping and Tracking Policy

To ensure your items arrive safely, we highly recommend adding tracking to your shipment. Tracking provides visibility as your order makes its way to you.

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. We do not fulfill orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please note that all shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated directly by the shipping carriers (i.e. Canada Post, Purolater, UPS, FedEx, DHL) NOT by India Sajawat & Puja Hut. The timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier, NOT by India Sajawat & Puja Hut's system or website.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to process refunds, cancellations, or changes. After dispatch, the shipment is in the care of the carrier, and India Sajawat & Puja Hut is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already been processed or shipped, including instances where the customer changes their mind after fulfillment.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped and you would like to request a cancellation or refund, please email us at info@pujahut.com with your order number and request details. Eligible refunds are processed and handled securely through the Shopify payment system.

Festival Orders and Estimated Delivery Dates

Customers purchasing products for a Hindu festival or other time-sensitive occasion are strongly encouraged to order well in advance.

All shipping and delivery dates displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates provided or calculated by the applicable shipping carrier. These estimates are not created or guaranteed by India Sajawat & Puja Hut. Delivery may be affected by order volume, product availability, processing times, destination, weather, customs clearance, carrier interruptions and other circumstances beyond our control.

Placing an order before a festival does not guarantee delivery before that festival. India Sajawat & Puja Hut is not responsible for a missed festival or event when an order is delayed by the shipping carrier after dispatch.

If we reasonably believe there is insufficient time to process and deliver a festival-related order before the customer’s requested date, or if inventory or operational limitations prevent timely fulfilment, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. A refund does not represent a guarantee that every order delayed by a carrier after dispatch will qualify for cancellation or reimbursement.

This list is not exhaustive. Festival dates change annually and may vary according to region, tradition and the Hindu lunar calendar. Customers are responsible for confirming the applicable festival date and allowing sufficient time for order processing and delivery.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the United States. Our shipping policy includes the right to cancel orders if we determine that our products may be held at U.S. customs. In such cases, we will notify all affected customers via email prior to the cancellation of their order. While we make every effort to ensure smooth shipping and delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays or holds at customs. If your order is impacted, you will receive clear communication and an opportunity to address the situation before any cancellations are made.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business days run from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Damaged Items in Transport

Please note that we are not held responsible for any damage to items during transport. We make every effort to package all products safely and securely to prevent any damage. However, if we identify that an item is particularly fragile and at risk of breaking during shipping, we will notify you in advance to confirm whether you would still like us to proceed with the shipment.
