If you receive a defective item, please contact us by calling
905-458-6808 or by emailing us at email@example.com with your order number, details of the product and the nature of the defect.
A photo of the defective product may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of the information above, we will fully examine the information and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time after which you may receive a store credit for the original purchase amount excluding shipping charges. The store credit does not expire.
